RESOLUTION 8990 -18 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately <br />provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds members of Council, or <br />otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing <br />the City of Lakewood to take all actions necessary to enter into an <br />agreement with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) <br />to receive funds from the Community Cost -Share Account to use toward <br />the purchase of a street sweeper. (Pg.197) <br />Motion by Mr. O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to Adopt Resolution <br />8990 -18. <br />Motion adopted. Resolution 8990 -18 adopted.
