Communication from Councilmembers George & Bullock Regarding Resolution to <br />Recognize National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month (pg. 28) <br />Motion made by Mr. O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Bullock to receive and file the <br />communication. <br />Motion passed. RESOLUTION NO. 9015 -18 — A RESOLUTION to recognize National Suicide <br />Prevention Awareness Month (pg. 29) <br />Motion made by Mr. O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson to adopt Resolution 9015 -18. <br />Discussion on the motion: Mr. Anderson made remarks underscoring the connection between <br />suicide and mental illness and emotional pain.
