Communication from Councilmember Litten regarding update on 2017 pest control <br />ordinance <br />As Health & Human Services Chair, my hope was to take some time in Committee to follow <br />up on pest ordinance passed in November 2017, updating Chapter 1306.34 of our Code, <br />specifically the bed bug concerns and clarity of tenant -owner responsibilities. I ask that this <br />proposed update be referred to Health & Human Services so that we can make an effort to <br />
