All members voting yea. Motion passed. Resolution 9062-19 adopted. <br /> **** <br /> 25. Communication from Police Chief Malley regarding donation for local tobacco <br /> compliance checks. (pg.112) <br /> Motion by President O'Leary, seconded by Vice President Anderson to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> Discussion: Chief Malley clarified that state law enforcement usually handles the checks and <br /> that local law enforcement provides back up and enforcement. He noted that the type of <br /> offense would determine whether state or local code is used for issuing a citation. <br /> All members voting yea. Motion passed. <br /> **** <br /> 26.
