February 2019 <br /> Administrative staff("staff") recapped past meetings--Architectural Board of Review and Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Greg Soltis,, RDL Architects and! Marie Dowling, Behnke Associates were present to explain the request. <br /> First was discussion about the townho,mes and liner units. The Board members ("members") said there was <br /> an improvement. They said that some of the ellements could be carried throughout the development. There <br /> was discussion about materials, colors, balcony designs, window types and sizes, the meeting of the liner units <br /> and apartment building, et cetera. Discussion continued about various aspects of the apartment building. <br /> Vehicular and pedestrian traffic were discussed, along with landscaping, plaza detailing, sidewalk flow, <br /> materials, <br /> Public comment was taken, Greg Soltis said the project was a work in progress. The concerns about the <br /> porches, garage doors, lighting, and the break between the walk-up units would be taken into considerations. <br /> The bus stop would be presented to RTA, and CEI would become involved about the pole(s). Staff said that <br /> the goal was for final approvals in April 2019. <br /> A motion was made by Ms. Haney, seconded by Mr. Maniet to DEFER the request until the March 14, 2019 <br /> meeting.
