The members were comfortable with the design intent of what had been presented, but the arrangement of the <br /> elements needs refinement. <br /> A motion was made by Ms, Haney,seconded by Mr. Waddellto DEFER until the meeting in May. All of the members <br /> voting yea,the motion passed. <br />
