Chairman Bullock made a motion to amend section B4 to insert"or for the purposes of <br /> navigation" and "if the call or navigation is made." Councilman O'Malley seconded the motion, <br /> which passed with a vote of 3-0. Bullock then made a motion to recommend the substitute <br /> version as amended, which was seconded by Councilman Litten. The motion passed with a 3-0 <br /> vote. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m. <br />
