He dissuaded Council from taking the suggestions of the <br /> Youth Council under advisement. <br /> President O'Leary encouraged the youth in the community to continue to speak their minds <br /> on all issues. <br /> Vice President Anderson noted that no members of the Youth Council were quoted in the <br /> referenced article.
