WXZ Development <br />Economic Development Grant <br />Project Summary <br />June 2019 <br />Project Overview <br />Project Site: 1 13900 Lake Avenue <br />WXZ Development has acquired the former Marathon Gas Station site <br />at 13900 Lake Avenue. The former gas station requires environmental <br />remediation in order to be suitable for residential use. <br />Partner: WXZ Development <br />Project Scope: Environmental remediation and site preparation including: <br />- Removal of Underground Storage Tanks <br />- Excavation and disposal of contaminated soil <br />- Backfill and grading with clean fill <br />- Demolition and disposal of the existing building and equipment <br />-Site preparation including grading and stormwater <br />improvements <br />Timeline: Project is scheduled to begin in September 2019. Completion of the <br />build -out is anticipated in late 2020. <br />
