Exhibit C <br />Scope of Work <br />Rebate - eligible activities: <br />• Underground Storage Tank removal: Remove (3) UST systems following BUSTR guidelines <br />including fracturing and disposal of concrete paving over UST's and product piping, draining and <br />disposing of residual product in the tanks and lines, purge volatile vapors from UST's, removing <br />and disposing of the dispensers, product lines, and tanks. Collect soil and ground water samples <br />for laboratory analysis of petroleum Group I & II chemicals of concern. <br />• Environmental Remediation: Excavation and disposal of contaminated soil, backfill the soil <br />remecl ation, tank, and product line excavation areas with clean- engineered backfill. <br />• Demolition: Razing and disposal of the existing service station building, drives, parking areas and <br />underground utilities. <br />• Site Preparation: Import and place clean engineered fill to bring the site up to sub - grade, replace <br />storm drainage system. <br />
