This includes ADA ramps, areas and entrances departing <br /> to and from buildings, and transit stops.No person shall park a bieyele upon a sidewalk in such <br /> manner so as to unduly interfere with pedestrian tFaffie,or upon aroadway so as to unduly interfere <br /> with vehicular traffie. <br /> (b) No person shall park a bicycle or mobility device upon any street including parking spots and <br /> loading zones or as to unduly interfere with vehicular traffic. Bicycles shall be paiked in such <br /> maFmer as-not to interfere with buildiRg entrances. <br /> (c) All bicycles and mobility devices must be parked in an upright position. <br /> (d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense;on a second <br /> offense within one year after the first offense,the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth <br /> degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense,the person is guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor of the third degree <br /> 12 <br />
