A. Post Association notices. <br />B. Transmit communications, authorized by the Association or its officers, to the City or its repre- <br />sentatives in the Division of Fire. <br />23.02 Meetings held for the purposes of negotiating agreements, or for the processing of grievances, will <br />be scheduled at a time mutually convenient to all parties. Association officers, or their designated repre- <br />sentatives, shall be permitted to attend these meetings and will not suffer any loss of time or compensation <br />if these meetings occur during working hours. Association officers required to attend other official hearings <br />or meetings by the City, on City premises, will not suffer any loss of time or compensation if the hearing <br />or meeting occurs during working hours. <br />23.03 The Association may conduct Union meetings on a quarterly basis, on City property, provided the <br />meetings shall be scheduled and conducted so as not to interfere with the effective operation of the division. <br />23.04 A Labor/Management Committee consisting of the Mayor, or a designated representative, and the <br />Chief of Fire, or a designated representative, and the President of the Association, plus one (1) member of <br />each shift, shall be established, and this committee shall meet every three (3) months for the purpose of <br />discussing and attempting to resolve any work related problems. <br />ARTICLE 24 <br />PROTECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY <br />24.01 Each employee shall be assigned their own personal lockers. These lockers shall be the sole personal <br />responsibility, and no other person shall be permitted access to such lockers, except upon written authority <br />of the employee to whom the locker is assigned. The Chief of Fire shall have the right to order an employee <br />to open their locker for inspection in the Chief s presence. <br />An employee required to perform their duties in stations other than their regularly assigned station will be <br />provided with lockers for the protection of their personal property. <br />ARTICLE 25 <br />SEVERARILITY <br />25.01 If any provision of the Agreement, or the application of such provision, should be rendered or de- <br />clared invalid by any final court action or by reason of any existing, amended or subsequently enacted - <br />legislation, the remaining parts or portion of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and shall <br />be otherwise affected by any of the above -named actions. <br />ARTICLE 26 <br />26.01 All rights and working conditions enjoyed by the employees at the present time, such as firehouse <br />supplies (soap, toilet paper, light bulbs, etc.), firehouse tools (lawn mowers, tools for minor repairs), <br />IN <br />
