APPENDIX I <br />Wage Reopener on Certain Conditions <br />The parties to this Agreement, having agreed to a cumulative base wage increase of 7.75 percent for the <br />three-year contract tern beamning January 1 2020 and ending December 31 2022 herebV agree that an <br />articles of this Agreement pertaining to wages shall be subiect to rep ever ne otiations in the event an- <br />other collective bargaining unit within the City of Lakewood and the Employer mutualty agree to a three- <br />year collective bargaining agreement in which the cumulative base wage increase at the end of the three - <br />Year term exceeds 7.75 percent. <br />
