This stipend will be paid in January of each year. Additionally, the <br />City will provide an additional $.75/per hour for LEADS proficiency, and the performance of <br />Matron duties. <br />Dispatchers with 20 years of service shall receive a three (3) percent base pay increase Formatted: Normal, No bullets or numbering, Tab stol <br />Not at 0.5"+ 1,13"+ 1.56" <br />26.02 For as long as the certification remains appropriate in the employer's judgment, <br />Dispatchers will be trained and maintain certification for Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD). <br />The City will provide a stipend of $1.00 per hour for this certification. The stipend will be <br />retroactive to January 1, 2017. <br />ARTICLE 27 LONGEVITY COMPENSATION <br />27.01 All full-time employees of the bargaining unit shall be paid semi-annually, with the first <br />pay in June and December of each year which will be included in the employee's regular <br />pay, in addition to such salary or compensation that may be provided by the Agreement, <br />additional compensation based on the number of continuous full years of service, <br />including interim military service, as determined on the dates of June 15" and December <br />15d' of each year, computed in accordance with the following semi-annual rate schedule: <br />5 Years $250.00 13 Years $650.00 21 Years $1,050.00 <br />6 Years $300.00 14 Years $700.00 22 Years $1,100.00 <br />21 <br />
