Discussion: Councilmember Rader expressed his support for beekeeping legislation. <br /> Councilmember Shachner noted that the Housing, Planning, & Development Committee <br /> would be having a meeting on the subject the following week. Councilmember Bullock <br /> described his past efforts on this initiative. Members discussed the bipartisanship of <br /> beekeeping. <br /> On the motion: All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 12. Communication from President O'Malley regarding appointment to Lakewood Animal <br /> Safety & Welfare Advisory Board. (pg. 22) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed.
