Resolution 2020-29 was adopted. <br /> ****PUBLIC COMMENT**** <br /> No public comment was made. <br /> ****ANNOUNCEMENTS**** <br /> Councilmember Rader acknowledged the 50th year anniversary of Kent State University <br /> students being killed by the Ohio National Guard during a Vietnam War protest. <br /> President O'Malley noted that he has received a COVID antibody test. He added that the test <br /> is available and free in Lakewood Ward 4 at the Urgent Care. <br /> Councilmember Bullock noted that the land acquisition fund should be used strategically and <br /> not cautiously.
