RESOLUTION 2020-41 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take <br /> effect at the earliest period allowed by law, establishing the Anti-Racism Task be to <br /> advise and work with the administration to ensure the value of anti-racism is foundational <br /> and unambiguously expressed in all city objectives, such as, safety, housing, education <br /> and culture, and community wellness.
