RESOLUTION 2020-43 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives <br /> the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in <br /> force after the earliest period allowed by law, the fact finder's report <br /> resulting from proceedings between the City of Lakewood and negotiations with the Western <br /> Cuyahoga Lodge No. 25, Fraternal Order of Police, Lakewood Division.
