SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION 2020-36 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately <br /> provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of <br /> Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by <br /> law, appointing_Tristan Rader as the ex-officio non-voting member of the Tree <br /> Advisory & Education Board for a three year term beginning January 1, 220 and ending <br /> December 31, 2022.
