Councilmember Kepple asked questions pertaining to the process to designate areas as <br /> express parking and if any appeals process is available. She also requested a quick link or <br /> contact for the provision on the city's website. Director Leininger indicated that the city <br /> would work with applicants on a case-by-case basis and tailor solutions to their requests. <br /> He indicated that there is no appeals process in the ordinance. <br /> Councilmember Bullock spoke about a couple local businesses that have a clear need for <br /> express parking. <br /> Councilmember Rader voiced his support for the resolution. <br /> Chairman Shachner made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Rader to include the <br /> substituted version of Resolution 2020-39 and have it recommended to Council for <br /> adoption. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas - Kepple, Shachner, Rader <br /> Nays - None <br /> Motion passed. Resolution 2020-39 was substituted and recommended to Council for <br /> adoption. <br /> Without objection, Chairman Shachner moved to adjourn the meeting. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 6:24 p.m. <br />
