A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Littten Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. The communication was received and filed. <br /> 25. ORDINANCE 17-2020 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take <br /> effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, amending Section 1325.04, <br /> Authority of the Board, to include the exterior painting of existing natural brick structures <br /> within the authority of the Architectural Board of Review. (pg. 041) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Ordinance 17- <br /> 2020 to the Housing, Planning, & Development Committee. <br /> Discussion: President O'Malley asked that the Building Commissioner and representatives <br /> from Lakewood Alive be invited to the committee discussion. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Littten Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. Ordinance 17-2020 was referred to the Housing, Planning, & Development <br /> Committee. <br /> ....LIQUOR PERMITS.... <br /> 26. Liquor Permit Notice regarding 142 Madison LLC at 14235 Madison Ave. (pg. 043) <br /> Vice President Litten gave no statutory objection, but expressed urgency for the project to be <br /> completed as neighbors are growing impatient. <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the <br /> permit notice. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Littten Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. The permit notice was received and filed. <br /> 27. Liquor Permit Notice regarding Hola Tacos at 12102 Madison Ave. (pg. 044) <br />
