(pg. 015) <br /> Councilmember Bullock made a motion, seconded by President O'Malley to receive and file <br /> the communication. <br /> Chris Ronayne, President of University Circle Inc. spoke on behalf of the Cleveland- <br /> Cuyahoga Port Authority and Case Western Reserve University and voiced support for the <br /> Icebreaker Wind Project. He provided background on the project and its use of wind turbines <br /> along the shoreline. <br /> Discussion: Councilmember Neff shared concerns of members of the public about the <br /> industrialization of the Lake Erie shore.
