applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, and lawful orders of public authorities, the <br />Design -Builder shall assume responsibility for such Work and shall bear the costs attributable to correction. <br />§ 3.1.3.2 Neither the Design -Builder nor any Contractor, Consultant, or Architect shall be obligated to perform any <br />act which they believe will violate any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, or lawful <br />orders of public authorities. If the Design -Builder determines that implementation of any instruction received from <br />the Owner, including those in the Owner's Criteria, would cause a violation of any applicabW laws, statutes, <br />ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, or lawful orders of public authorities, the Design-ilder shall notify the <br />Owner in writing. The Design -Builder shall schedule and conduct periodic meetings with the Owner to <br />review matters such as procedures, progress, coordination, and scheduling of the Work. <br />§ 3.1.6 When applicable law requires that services be performed by licensed professionals, tle Deign -Builder shall <br />provide those services through qualified, licensed professionals.
