President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Resolution 2020-66 to the Committee of the Whole. RESOLUTION 2020-67 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing to the Board of Nuisance Abatement Appeals for the three year term beginning January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2023.
