SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION 2020-65 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing Laura Balliett to the Tree Advisory & Education Board for a one- year term beginning January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2021.
