ORDINANCE 23-2020 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law amending Section 149.08(a)(1), Vacations, of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances in order to grant part-time employees credit for purposes of vacation accrual when the employee changes from a part-time to a full-time status.
