RESOLUTION 2020-41A — A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take <br /> effect at the earliest period allowed by law, amending Resolution 2020-41, adopted July <br /> 20, 2020, establishing the Anti-Racism Task Force to allow Council and the Mayor to <br /> appoint one additional member each.
