RESOLUTION 2021-01 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an a permanent utility easement agreement and temporary construction easement agreement with CHERI HARDT, governing the rights of the parties relative to a parcel located at 1333 LAKELAND AVENUE, Lakewood, Ohio 44107 (PPN4311-33-004) which grants the City of Lakewood access to the parcel for construction and ongoing maintenance of utility lines for apayment of$11,750.00. (pg. 191) President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Resolution 2021-01 to the Public Works & Sustainability Committee.
