(pg. <br /> 189) <br /> Councilmember Rader made a motion, seconded by President O'Malley to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, O'Malley, Neff, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. The communication was received and filed. <br /> 14. Communication from Engineer Papke regarding permanent and temporary construction <br /> easements at 1333 Lakeland Ave. (pg. 190) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, O'Malley, Neff, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. RESOLUTION 2021-01 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take <br /> effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an a <br /> permanent utility easement agreement and temporary construction easement agreement <br /> with CHERI HARDT, governing the rights of the parties relative to a parcel located at <br /> 1333 LAKELAND AVENUE, Lakewood, Ohio 44107 (PPN4311-33-004) which grants <br /> the City of Lakewood access to the parcel for construction and ongoing maintenance of <br /> utility lines for apayment of$11,750.00. (pg. 191) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Resolution <br /> 2021-01 to the Public Works & Sustainability Committee. <br /> Discussion: Councilmember Bullock expressed interest in the continued work for Kauffman <br /> Park and inquired about the schedule of underground work through portions of the park. <br /> On the motion: A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br />
