Approve the Minutes of the May 21, 2020 Special Meeting A motion was made by Ms. Jordan, seconded by Mr. Wise to APPROVE the May 21, 2020 Special Meeting minutes. All the members voting yea, the motion passed. 3. Approve the Minutes of the June 4, 2020 Meeting A motion was made by Ms. Jordan, seconded by Mr. Wise to APPROVE the June 4, 2020 Meeting minutes. All the members voting yea, the motion passed. 4. Approve the Minutes of the June 18, 2020 Special Meeting A motion was made by Ms. Jordan, seconded by Mr. Wise to APPROVE the June 18, 2020 Special Meeting minutes. All the members voting yea, the motion passed. 5. Opening Remarks Reading of the Opening Remarks was waived by Mr. Baker. OLD BUSINESS CONDITIONAL USE 6. (JDSI) Jerome Solove, JDSI, applicant requests review of a conditional use for a mixed -use overlay district to construct two 4-story structure containing residential market rate apartments as well as designated commercial space on the first floor in the east building.
