EXHIBIT "A" <br />Legal Description of the Property <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being a <br />part of Sub Lots Nos. 24, 25 26 and 27, in W.B. Smith's Allotment of part of Original Rockport <br />Township Section No. 21 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 7 of Maps, Page 15 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land, bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning on the Northerly line of Clifton Boulevard, at its point of intersection with the westerly <br />line of land described in the deed to Anna Heil, dated September 13, 1911, and recorded in Volume <br />1356, Page 584 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence westerly along said northerly line of Clifton <br />Boulevard, 64-11 / 100 feet to the Southwesterly corner of the second parcel of land described in <br />the deed to Anna S . Apple, dated June 5, 1931, and recorded in Volume 4161, Page 449 of the <br />Cuyahoga County Records; thence northerly along the westerly line of said second parcel 155- <br />10/100 feet to the northwesterly corner of said second parcel; thence easterly along the northerly <br />line of the second parcel and along the northerly line of the land described in the deed to Charles <br />B. Apple, and Anna S.
