President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt the debt <br /> ordinances in items 6 through 12. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. The debt ordinances in items 6 through 12 were adopted. <br /> 13. Report from Public Works & Sustainability Committee held January 19, 2021. (to be <br /> provided) <br /> Councilmember Rader read the following oral report into the record: <br /> All members of the committee were present, along with the administration. We heard 4 <br /> separate resolutions and all 4 were referred back to the full Council in the affirmative and with <br /> unanimous agreement. Resolution 2020-01 involved an easement for a water feature at <br /> Lakewood Park.Resolutions 2020-75& 2020-76 involved submerged land leases ofproperties <br /> that abut each other and Engineer Papke ensured there was no city infrastructure in the way <br /> of that project. Resolution 2020-77 involved the sale of property that is tucked next to Cove <br /> Church at 12518 Clifton. The control of this property is necessary for the city's IWWIP and <br /> plan for an underground storage tank near the site The city had first right of refusal and <br /> matched a bid of$325,000. The city will attempt to rent the home to the current owners while <br /> they are looking to build a home and will obtain revenue while making improvements to the <br /> site. <br /> Councilmember Rader made a motion, seconded by President O'Malley to receive and file the <br /> oral report. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed.
