Councilmember Litten made a motion, seconded by Chairman Bullock to recommend <br /> adoption of Ordinance 43-2020 to the full Council. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas - Bullock, Litten, Neff <br /> Nays - None <br /> Motion passed.
