20. RESOLUTION 2021-13 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, proclaiming March 21st through March 27th, 2021 "Severe Weather Awareness Week." (pg. 54) President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Resolution 2021-13. A roll call vote was taken as follows: Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner Nays —None Motion passed. Resolution 2021-13 was adopted. 21. Communication from Public Works Director Ducu regarding community recycling awareness grant.(pg. 56) President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the communication. Discussion: Councilmember Rader commended city employees for their great work. On the motion: A roll call vote was taken as follows: Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner Nays —None Motion passed. The communication was received and filed. ....LIQUOR PERMITS.... 22. Liquor permit notice regarding Kenilworth Tavern at 18200-04 Detroit Ave 1st floor and basement. (pg. 57) Councilmember Neff stated she had no objection. She noted that there are a few issues with the permit, however it will not pass onto the next individual until they are resolved with the state. President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to file no objection. A roll call vote was taken as follows: Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner Nays —None Motion passed. No objection was filed.
