20. RESOLUTION 2021-13 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> proclaiming March 21st through March 27th, 2021 "Severe Weather Awareness Week." <br /> (pg. 54) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Resolution <br /> 2021-13. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. Resolution 2021-13 was adopted. <br /> 21. Communication from Public Works Director Ducu regarding community recycling <br /> awareness grant.(pg. 56) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> Discussion: Councilmember Rader commended city employees for their great work. <br /> On the motion: A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. The communication was received and filed. <br /> ....LIQUOR PERMITS.... <br /> 22. Liquor permit notice regarding Kenilworth Tavern at 18200-04 Detroit Ave 1st floor and <br /> basement. (pg. 57) <br /> Councilmember Neff stated she had no objection. She noted that there are a few issues with <br /> the permit, however it will not pass onto the next individual until they are resolved with the <br /> state. <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to file no objection. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. No objection was filed. <br />
