ORDINANCE 16-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, amending Section <br /> 510.01(a)Declaration of Nuisance, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood to <br /> include false fire alarms in the definition of nuisance offenses. (pg. 54) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Rader to refer Ordinance 16- <br /> 2021 to the Public Works & Sustainability Committee. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. Ordinance 16-2021 was referred to the Public Works & Sustainability <br /> Committee. <br /> ....LIQUOR PERMITS.... <br /> 25. Liquor permit notice regarding Studio West 117 Phantasy LLC at 11794-96 Detroit Ave. <br /> (pg. 58) <br /> President O'Malley noted he has no reason to object. <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the <br /> notice. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed.
