(Referred to PWS 0415121) (pg. 11) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Resolution <br /> 2021-15. <br /> Public Comment: McKenzie Levi — 14811 Hilliard Rd. - Mr. Levi expressed concerns about <br /> LED lighting and inquired about grant cycles for the lighting. Director Leininger explained <br /> the grant process. <br /> On the motion: A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. Resolution 2021-15 was adopted. <br /> 4. ORDINANCE 13-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and <br /> directing the Mayor to enter into an amendment to the concession lease agreement with <br /> HELP Foundation, Inc. for the operation of food concessions at Lakewood Park,pursuant <br /> to Section 155.08 of the Codified Ordinances. (to be <br /> provided) <br /> Councilmember Neff delivered the following oral report: <br /> All committee members were present, plus additional Councilmembers along with Chief <br /> Dunphy, Mayor George, and members of her administration. The first item on the agenda had <br /> to deal with amending Ordinance 16-2021, in particular Section 510.018 Declaration of <br /> Nuisance. Chief Dunphy articulated it is necessary to include the Lakewood Fire Department <br /> in this nuisance declaration due to an uptick in false alarms. There was a lot of Q&A. This <br /> particularly pertains to automated alarms that are ma functioning. It's a way to keep the <br /> vendors compliant with maintaining their system.
