19. RESOLUTION 2021-27 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it received the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law approving the Tax Budget of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio for the year 2022, and authorizing the filing of same with the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer. (pg. 040) President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Resolution 2021-27 to the Finance Committee. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2021-26 was referred to the Finance Committee. 20. RESOLUTION 2021-28 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council or otherwise, to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law requesting the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer to draw and the Cuyahoga County Treasurer to pay to the City of Lakewood Director of Finance an advance of all real,personal property and special assessments collected in the year 2022 in such amounts as may be requested and available. (pg. 041) President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Resolution 2021-28 to the Finance Committee. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2021-26 was referred to the Finance Committee. 21. Communication from Director Leininger and Programs Manager Leigh regarding the authorization to sell real property located at 12311 Plover Street and 17450 Shaw Avenue. (pg. 043) President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the communication. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. The communication was received and filed. 22. ORDINANCE 20-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and directing the Director of Planning and Develop-ment or the Mayor to enter into an agreement with a licensed real estate broker to market for sale the real property located at 12311 Plover Street, Lakewood, Ohio (PPN 315-22-089) and 17450 Shaw Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio (PPN 311-21-062045) for a period of 180 days, pursuant to Section 155.07 of the Codified Ordinances. (pg. 044) President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Ordinance 20- 2021 to the Housing, Planning, & Development Committee.
