RESOLUTION 2021-27 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> received the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law approving the Tax <br /> Budget of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio for the year 2022, and authorizing the filing <br /> of same with the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer. (pg. 040) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Resolution <br /> 2021-27 to the Finance Committee. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2021-26 was referred to the Finance <br /> Committee. <br /> 20. RESOLUTION 2021-28 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council or otherwise, <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law requesting the <br /> Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer to draw and the Cuyahoga County Treasurer to pay to the <br /> City of Lakewood Director of Finance an advance of all real,personal property and special <br /> assessments collected in the year 2022 in such amounts as may be requested and available. <br /> (pg. 041) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Resolution <br /> 2021-28 to the Finance Committee. <br /> All members voted in favor. ORDINANCE 20-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and <br /> directing the Director of Planning and Develop-ment or the Mayor to enter into an <br /> agreement with a licensed real estate broker to market for sale the real property located at <br /> 12311 Plover Street, Lakewood, Ohio (PPN 315-22-089) and 17450 Shaw Avenue, <br /> Lakewood, Ohio (PPN 311-21-062045) for a period of 180 days, pursuant to Section <br /> 155.07 of the Codified Ordinances. (pg. 044) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer Ordinance 20- <br /> 2021 to the Housing, Planning, & Development Committee. <br />
