Exhibit A <br />Prisoner Housing Agreement <br />Memorandum of Understanding <br />Between <br />City of Lakewood and {Name of Agency} <br />Upon the recommendation of the Police Chief and Chief of Police for the {Name of Agency), <br />Ohio, this Agreement is made between the City of Lakewood, (hereafter, LAKEWOOD) and the (Name of <br />Agency) (hereafter, {Name of Agency) for the City of Lakewood acceptance and incarceration of (Name of <br />Agency) prisoners at the Lakewood City Jail. <br />WHEREAS, the {Name of Agency) desires to <br />accept and incarcerate such {Name of Agency} prisoner <br />mutually agree upon the terms of such. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of pertinent provi <br />mutual covenants, agreements and conditions set forth herein, <br />1. Definitions. LAKEWOOD agrees to provide to {Name of Agency} bed spaces as available, which may include <br />female beds if and when available. It should be noted that female bed space availability will be <br />limited at best. <br />5. {Name of Agency) will pay a fee of one -hundred and twenty-five dollars (125.00) dollars per each <br />calendar day, per each prisoner housed. LAKEWOOD will invoice {Name of Agency) monthly of <br />its use of beds. {Name of Agency) agrees to pay the invoice within thirty (30) days of the date of <br />
