(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to establish water rates charged <br />monthly by the City as follows: <br />Effective January 1, 2019, all water used during each one month billing period shall cost not more <br />than $7.13 per one hundred cubic feet of water. <br />Effective January 1, 2020, all water used during each one month billing period shall cost not more <br />than $7.53 per one hundred cubic feet of water. <br />Effective January 1, 2021, all water used during each one month billing period shall cost not more <br />than $7.94 per one hundred cubic feet of water. <br />Effective January 1, 2022, the first 2,500 ccf of water used during each one month billing period <br />shall cost $8.26 per one hundred cubic feet of water and all over 2,500 ccf per month shall cost <br />$4.13 per one hundred cubic feet of water. <br />Effective January 1, 2023, the first 2,500 ccf of water used during each one month billing period <br />shall cost $8.59 per one hundred cubic feet of water and all over 2,500 ccf per month shall cost <br />$4.29 per one hundred cubic feet of water. <br />Section 5. It is hereby found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the adoption of this Ordinance were passed in an open meeting of this <br />Council, and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br />including R.C.
