(1st read & referred to HPD 6/21/21; 2nd reading 7/6/21) <br /> Chairman Shachner made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Kepple to recommend <br /> Ordinance 23-2021 for adoption by the full Council. <br /> Discussion: Director Leininger reviewed the necessity of the ordinance and how it establishes <br /> the chain of title needed for the property to be incorporated into a TIF. Councilmember Kepple <br /> expressed support for Mr. McDermott's suggestion that the reduced rent component be <br /> incorporated into the TIF, which will come in legislative form at a later date. <br /> On the motion: All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> Chairman Shachner moved without objection to adjourn the meeting. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:02 p.m. <br />
