4. Report from Committee of the Whole regarding meeting held July 19, 2021. (to be <br /> provided) <br /> We just met before this meeting and recommended Dave Robar and Mary Kinney Piunno to <br /> serve on the Public Art Advisory Board. We deferred Resolution 2021-22 pending further <br /> solicitation of applicants for the vacancies on the Anti-Racism Task Force. We also heard <br /> feedback from the mayor and an explanation regarding the challenges that would be presented <br /> by attempting to schedule a parade around Labor Day or some later date and approved the <br /> minutes from the previous meeting. That concludes my report. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley,seconded by Vice President Litten to receive and file the report. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> S. RESOLUTION 2021-34 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing _ <br /> and to the Public Art Advisory Board. (Referred to COW <br /> 716121) (pg. 046) <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to insert the name Dave <br /> Robar in section 1 and Mary K. Piunno into section 2. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Resolution 2021- <br /> 34 as substituted. A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader <br /> Nays: none <br /> Absent: Shachner <br /> Motion passed.
