BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br />Section 1. That this Council and Mayor designate and proclaim the week of October 3, <br />2021 as Fire Prevention Week in the City of Lakewood I urge all the people of Lakewood to "Learn <br />the Sounds of Fire Safety" for Fire Prevention Week 2021 and to support the many public safety <br />activities and efforts of Lakewood's fire and emergency services. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward a copy of this Resolution to Chief Scott K. Gilman, Fire Station No. 1, 14601 Madison <br />Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this <br />meeting. <br />Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: ot �� CAW 7 W- ' <br />D .
