RESOLUTION 2021-46 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing <br /> to the Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board for the remainder of <br /> an unexpired term beginning January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022. (to be <br /> provided) <br /> Councilmember Bullock delivered the following oral report: <br /> Finance Committee met tonight and discussed the upcoming and still lengthy <br /> agenda for the council budget priorities proposal work. There was consensus <br /> that we will find an additional date to meet on a non-Monday to allow ourselves <br /> time to deliberate. We then turned to the following ordinances. At tonight's <br /> meeting we recommended for adoption, after a very though ful briefing from <br /> the administration, Ordinance 27-2020A, Ordinance 22-2020B, and also <br /> Ordinance 2020-26A regarding the roof on Cove Church. There is one <br /> ordinance we will come backfor further discussion in our mid-October meeting <br /> with the goal ofconcluding discussion then. That is Ordinance 29-2021. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Bullock, seconded by President O'Malley to receive and file the <br /> report. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 11. ORDINANCE 27-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the transfer <br /> and advance of certain funds. (Pread and referred to Finance 7119121;2"'reading 917121) <br /> (pg. 12) <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Ordinance 27- <br /> 2021. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Ordinance 27-2021 adopted. <br /> 12.
