(Referred to <br /> Finance 917121) (pg. 32) <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Resolution 2020- <br /> 26A. <br /> Discussion: Councilmember Kepple questioned whether the money for the roof repair could <br /> come from the city's ARPA funds. Director Rancatore indicated that the repair would not <br /> qualify for ARPA use based on the current guidelines. The administration will continue to <br /> monitor ARPA use. Councilmember Kepple also asked whether the roofing material was <br /> appropriate if the city decided it wanted to put solar panels in the future. Director Leininger <br /> indicated that he was not entirely sure, however that it was a point the city could raise with the <br /> contractor. <br /> On the motion: All members voted in favor.
