MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF <br /> LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> AUDITORIUM <br /> OCTOBER 18, 2021 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:35 PM by Vice President <br /> Litten. <br /> Present: Thomas R. Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, John Litten, Tess Neff, Tristan Rader, Jason <br /> Shachner <br /> Also Present: Mayor George,Law Director Corrigan,Finance Director Rancatore,Police Chief <br /> Kaucheck, Fire Chief Dunphy, Public Works Director Ducu, Human Resources Director <br /> Dillinger, Human Services Director Gelsomino, Chief of Staff John Storey, Deputy Clerk <br /> Lascu, Clerk Bach <br /> Motion by Vice President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Shachner to excuse the <br /> absence of Council President Daniel O'Malley. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. The absence was excused. <br /> Motion by Vice President Litten, seconded Councilmember Neff to approve the minutes of the <br /> October 4, 2021 meeting without the necessity of a reading. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> 1. Committee report regarding Committee of the Whole meeting held October 11, 2021. (pg. <br /> 1) <br /> Motion by Vice President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Shachner to receive and file the <br /> committee report. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. The committee report was <br /> received and filed. <br />
