President O'Malley offered to schedule future meetings with the task force to discuss any formal <br /> recommendations or suggestions. <br /> RESOLUTION 2021-39 -A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> appointing (first appointee), (second appointee) , and third <br /> appointee) to the Anti-Racism Task Force for terms beginning January 1, <br /> 2022 and ending December 31, 2023. <br /> President O'Malley stated that Council can discuss this item on the floor or at an upcoming <br /> meeting.
