There have been <br /> increases in some areas due to staff returning to the office and attending trainings. The budget is <br /> mostly comprised of salaries for staff. For 2022, there is $1.15 million budgeted for economic <br /> development programs, including $150,000 to support the small business program in partnership <br /> with the County. <br /> He discussed the Economic Development Fund and its current commitments. He stated that it <br /> will not all be expended this year and its projects will be supplemented with grants. <br /> Director Leininger discussed the department's various funds and divisions. <br /> Without objection, Finance Committee adjourned at 8:31 p.m. <br /> 7 <br />
