As central <br /> planners, we citizens expect constitutional legislative consistency. <br /> You want autonomy over your body to terminate a pregnancy, but you ignore that privacy to stop a strong flu by <br /> mandating dirty cloths over kids faces or for adults in city buildings. If masks worked, why are they not working? <br />
