(pg. <br /> 87) <br /> Motion by Vice President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Rader to adopt Resolution <br /> 2021-62. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2021-62 was adopted. <br /> 32. Communication from Planning Director Leininger regarding Lakewood Pier Feasibility <br /> Study & Conceptual Design Plans. (pg. 89) <br /> Motion by Vice President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Rader to receive and file the <br /> communication. All members voted in favor.Motion passed. The communication was received <br /> and filed. <br /> 33. RESOLUTION 2021-63 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor <br /> or her designee to file an application for assistance under the Coastal Management <br /> Assistance Grants Pro-gram through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and to <br /> enter into any agreements necessary to accept and expend funds awarded. (pg. 90) <br /> Motion by Vice President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Rader to adopt Resolution <br /> 2021-63. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. RESOLUTION 2021-64 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor <br /> or her designee to enter into an agreement to participate in the settlement with other <br /> communities and the State of Ohio with Johnson & Johnson/Janssen.
