A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. The communication was received and filed. <br /> 18. ORDINANCE 29-2020A - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, to amend <br /> Ordinance 29-2020, adopted December 21, 2020 authorizing the Mayor (Director of <br /> Public Safety), the Director of Public Works, the Director of Law, the Director of <br /> Finance, and/or the Purchasing Manager to enter into contracts for Memberships as <br /> authorized by the 2021 Appropriation Ordinance and the Administrative Code of the City <br /> of Lakewood, contracts not to exceed $95,000 without separate Ordinance of Council. <br /> (pg. 46) <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to suspend the rules to <br /> allow for the adoption of Ordinance 29-2020A on first reading this evening. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. The rules were suspended to allow for adoption on first reading. <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Ordinance <br /> 29-2020A. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed.
