It is in that spirit that Council <br /> provides the attached Council priority document. The Administration has proposed a quick, but <br /> achievable, timeframe for potential approval. However, in order to create efficiencies, stay on the <br /> proposed timeline, and ensure that the Development be successful for Lakewood, we expect that <br /> our priorities as outlined in the Addendum will be attached to Resolution No. 2022-14 and be fully <br /> considered throughout negotiations creating the Development Agreement. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> Lakewood City Council <br /> 2 <br />
